Fr. Bill was born and raised in Western PA, and had a 14 year career in the optical industry before attending Trinity Anglican Seminary. After seminary he spent 16 years in Jacksonville Florida at Church of the Redeemer (14 years as the rector). In 2024 the Lord brought Bill back to PA to be the 3rd rector of Church of the Savior (COTS). Bill and Kim first moved to Ambridge in 1994, and baptized all four of their children at COTS before leaving for Florida in 2008. They now live 1.5 blocks up the street from the COTS, and are thrilled to have been called by the Lord to return to Ambridge. They now have two daughters, two sons, two daughters-in-love, and one granddaughter.
